Made by Survivors’ mission is to fight slavery and other severe human rights abuses with employment, education and entrepreneurship. Every piece in the Made by Survivors jewelry collection is created to uplift both the wearer and the women who make it. Their jewelry is designed and fabricated by vulnerable women overcoming severe human rights abuses such as human trafficking and child marriage in India and Nepal. Made by Survivors’s artisans have trained to become some of the first women goldsmiths in South Asia, and their training guarantees them a place in a respected profession, earning a middle class wage that transforms their lives and their families’ lives. Made by Survivors provides a safe and loving place for rescued survivors to heal and rebuild their lives with shelter, education, job training, and employment programs.
